Introduce

The project concerns the construction of a warehouse and logistics property (hereinafter referred to as Generic III, Baronessens Kvarter, 6) for Taulov Dry Port A/S. Taulov Dry Port A/S is a joint venture between ADP A/S (municipally owned limited company) and PFA.
The warehouse and logistics building is being built at Baronessens Kvarter in Taulov and is approx. 87,250 m² warehouse buildings and approx. 900 m2 office and administration building.
The background for the establishment of the warehouse and logistics property is to develop a dynamic, high-quality and future-ready building that reflects and supports the development of Taulov Dry Port, as Denmark's leading hub for transport and logistics.
Lallemand Danmark A/S's dansle department has rented 11,000 m² of the total area to optimize logistical gains in relation to packaging and global distribution.
